The MYWIFEXTTNET diagnostic application is not designed to collect sensitive information.
5.2 MYWIFEXTTNET technicians may need clients to authorize remote access support. Clients that authorize remote access support give technicians permission to take control of their computer/system. This allows MYWIFEXTTNET technicians to diagnose and correct problems remotely. MYWIFEXTTNET technicians are trained in the use of this software and we take steps to limit access to confidential or sensitive information stored on user computers and/or networks.
